Coffee? Sushi? Picnic? We love meeting up and getting to know our couples early on. We want to make sure you're completely comfortable around us, and learning things like the story of how you met, your favorite memories, and your individual tastes and ideas will help us personalize our work to reflect your life together.

TWO WEEKS OUT

We’ll provide you with the finalized timeline so you know what to expect the day of.

THE BIG DAY

In the words of the great Roy Orbison: “Anything you want, you got it. Anything at all, you got it.”
Need us to grab you a coffee on our way to the venue? Have a rowdy relative that needs to be put in time-out? You got it. We’re happy to help however we can on your big day, and we’ll know our previously discussed plan backwards and forwards so that you can focus on what matters.

ONE MONTH BEFORE THE WEDDING

Touch base to gather the logistical information we need to create a custom detailed timeline for your approval.

DAY BEFORE

We will briefly contact you to confirm our arrival time and location so you can spend your day being excited for the festivities.

DELIVERY

We will have your media coverage to you within 60 days of your event.
